Made With Heart Since 2002. Novo Coffee was founded in 2002 by Jake, Joe, and Herb Brodsky with the mission to connect great coffee producers with coffee consumers. Over twenty years, three cafes, and a number of wholesale partners later, we’re still working towards that goal. Novo Coffee is relationship-focused: we seek to build ongoing, meaningful partnerships with producers and coffee farmers. By cultivating these relationships, we can purchase from the same farms year after year, helping to improve farmers’ pricing and enhancing the coffee quality.
