What: 3 hours of glow pickleball open play across 12 courts.

What's included? A drink card is included with each ticket for the self-pour taps (beer, seltzer, wine, and non-alcoholic options).

Details: This if a fun social environment welcome to all skill levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced). Open play will be divided by level so you can play with people of similar skill sets. There will be music, vendors,  and over $500 worth of giveaways. Neon attire is encouraged! We want to see your craziest outfits! There will be a best dressed prize. In consideration of being allowed to participate in Dinks and Drinks Glow Pickleball — a glow-in-the-dark pickleball event hosted at Center Court — I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in pickleball — especially under glow-in-the-dark conditions — involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, collisions, lighting limitations, and injuries from paddles or balls. I also acknowledge the additional risks associated with alcohol consumption during or after play. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown.

Release of Liability
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, Center Court, and any affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on account of injury, illness, death, or property damage, arising out of my participation in this event.

Self-Pour Alcohol Policy
I understand that alcohol may be available via self-pour taps, and I agree to drink responsibly and within legal limits. I am 21 years of age or older if I choose to consume alcohol. I assume all responsibility and liability for my consumption.

Medical Treatment
In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize event staff to seek necessary medical treatment on my behalf and agree to be financially responsible for any resulting costs.

Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for any photographs or video footage taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes by the event organizers.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, and Center Court from any loss, liability, or cost they may incur due to my actions during this event.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
