Gigi’s NYC Pop-Up at Mouv – Liability Waiver & Release

By registering for and/or participating in Gigi’s NYC Pop-Up Pilates at Mouv (the “Event”) at Mouv Studio, Brooklyn, NY, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in Pilates, heated mat exercises, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls, slips, or other physical harm. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release, waive, and discharge Gigi’s NYC, Mouv Studio, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including personal injury, property damage, or loss.

I understand that all mats, props, and equipment are provided for convenience and safety, and that I am responsible for using them properly.

I acknowledge that participation may include access to studio amenities, giveaways, or promotional items, and I assume all responsibility for any allergies, sensitivities, or personal items involved.

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that neither Gigi’s NYC nor Mouv Studio is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

I consent to emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary during the Event and understand that any related costs are my responsibility.

I grant permission for photographs and/or video taken during the Event to be used by Gigi’s NYC and Mouv Studio for promotional purposes, including social media, without compensation.

By attending or registering, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
