Join Heartspace Collective at DUA Miami on Saturday, September 5th for ENDLESS SUMMER — a rooftop celebration of movement, wellness, recovery, and community.

We’re bringing together some of Miami’s favorite wellness communities for one last summer morning in the sun.

THE EXPERIENCE

🔥 F45 Brickell kicks things off with a high-energy workout designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling strong.

🧘‍♀️ Then, Heartspace Collective’s Carey Fullilove + Sarita Shimizu take over for an all-levels yoga flow, bringing the energy down and creating space to reset, breathe, and reconnect.

🌊 Flow into deep restoration with a guided sound bath experience, designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and fully integrate the morning’s movement.

☀️ After class, stay and make a morning of it with our Endless Summer Wellness Social featuring:

• Rooftop pool access
• Cold plunge + recovery
• Curated wellness pop-ups
