We have so much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. After the turkey dinners and the Black Friday rush, give yourself a moment to pause, refill your cup, and realign with what truly matters. This immersive experience is designed to help you return to stillness, open your heart, and reconnect with the goodness in life with gratitude.

This is a donation-based event with all proceeds supporting local charities in our community. Please donate generously and let your kindness ripple out in a way that truly makes a difference.

What to expect
• Heart opening cacao ceremony
• Gentle yoga to relax and ground
• Guided journaling for reflection and gratitude
• Restorative sound bath to close the practice

What to bring
-Yoga mat
-Blanket
-Journal and pen

This class will be held on the patio, dress comfortably in layers.
