🕖 **7:00–9:00 AM:** Registration / Packet Pickup
🏁 **9:15 AM:** 5-mile untimed start

**Fearless Meetup:**
🕣 **8:30 AM:** Come early, say hi, and we’ll plan to start together! *(Runners will naturally spread out by pace.)*

By signing below (or participating in the event), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in a run/walk group involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, dehydration, heat exhaustion, weather-related hazards, traffic, uneven terrain, and other risks that could result in injury or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept all risks.

Release of Liability
In consideration of my participation, I release and hold harmless the run club organizers, SweatPals, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands for damages, injuries, or losses, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Health & Fitness Acknowledgment
I affirm that I am physically capable of participating, and that I will consult with a physician if I have any concerns about my ability to engage in physical activity. I agree to stop immediately if I feel dizzy, faint, or unwell.

Personal Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety, hydration, and pace. I will follow traffic laws, remain aware of my surroundings, and run/walk at my own risk.

Photo/Video Release
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by the organizers and SweatPals.

Binding Agreement
I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree. This release is binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives.
