First Friday Mat Pilates
Step into the weekend with a fun and energizing 50-minute Pilates reformer class at our Downtown Phoenix studio. Held every First Friday at 6:30 pm, this class is led by a certified Pilates instructor who brings both expertise and an upbeat vibe. You’ll move through a balanced flow of core work, strength, and mobility exercises designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and ready to enjoy First Friday festivities downtown.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early in the lobby of the building, before class time. If you are late, we cannot guarantee entry to the studio due to security reasons.
