As part of the Grove Girl Summer Series, Flow at Flora is your invitation to slow down and reconnect - with yourself, with nature, and with a group of like-minded women in a peaceful farm setting.

For $60, you’ll get so much more than a yoga class. This is a full evening of intentional practices designed to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded and renewed:

We’re keeping it intimate with just 10 spots to give everyone a chance to truly drop in and connect.

🌅 Our sunset flow begins around 6:30pm, and we’ll close the evening under the glow of fairy lights, surrounded by nature, good food, and even better company.
