Join us for an evening 45-minute yoga class inside **Connected Movement**, a holistic rehabilitation and wellness center in Dr. Phillips.&#x20;

This class, led by yogawithcariss,  is designed to help you move better, feel better, and connect with your body in a supportive environment.

Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this class will guide you through a flow that builds mobility, balance, and strength.

Enjoy a **comfortable indoor space and a small group environment** in this restorative group flow.
