The night begins with a grounding yoga flow to help you drop in and decompress. From there, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath with Jennifer Odom, using crystal singing bowls to melt away tension and bring your body into full relaxation.



To close the evening, enjoy a guided gua sha facial station experience — a hands-on, meditative skincare ritual that boosts circulation, relieves facial tension, and leaves your skin luminous.
