Each Flow State is a sunset-to-evening ritual designed to ground, uplift, and connect. Join us under the trees for an unforgettable journey:

* **6:00 PM** – Check-in (RSVP required & will be checked), explore local vendors, and grab some free wellness goodies
* **6:30 PM** – Community yoga & mindful movement 
* **7:30 PM** – Immersive sound bath journey ( live instruments + intuitive vocals)
* **8:00 PM** – Conscious dance moment 
* **9:00 PM+** – Explore Ironside’s shops, restaurants, and post-event activations

I release and hold harmless the event organizers (aLilyKat Realm, Miami Ironside, facilitators, vendors, and sponsors) from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in this event.

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate in these activities.

I agree that event organizers may use any photos, videos, or recordings captured during the event for promotional purposes.

I understand that by RSVPing, my email may also be shared with select on-site vendors and sponsors I engage with, for the purpose of community connection and follow-up.

I acknowledge that parking is limited and at my own risk; the event organizers are not responsible for parking availability, tickets, towing, or any damages to vehicles.
