We’re inviting you to join us on March 8 at Miami Ironside for a special-edition Força Ritmìca experience in honor of International Women’s Day.

This immersive wellness + fitness gathering is designed with intention — celebrating feminine strength, embodiment, and community through movement, music, and a curated collective of aligned brands. Think elevated energy, clean aesthetics, and an intimate atmosphere that feels both powerful and effortless.

The morning opens with a 50-minute, full-body workout led by founders and certified instructors Maria Angelica Garcia and Sydnee Ordonez, set to a live DJ experience! Expect rhythm-driven movement, strong presence, and a room full of women moving together.

After class, guests will flow into a curated wellness lounge featuring:
