Join us for a 5K (3.1 miles) run with different pace groups available, or choose your own pace and cover a custom distance. If you can't run, no worries, we also have an incredible 40min walk group. 

The key is to start together and end at the café for networking.

​8:00 AM: Meeting and intros
​8:05 AM: Warm-up
​8:10 AM: Run 5k, 10k or walk 40min
​8:45 AM: Coffee/Brunch @Afuga Coffee

*Note: this is not a race, we have different paces for everyone. We also have a walking group. The goal is to start together and end together. 

*New Update: we will have a slower pace training 2mile run for those who want to start running and want to get ready for a 5k (3.1miles).
