A free monthly wellness walk to move your body, clear your mind, and connect—with nature, with others, and with yourself.

Each Soul Stroll centers on a one-word theme—**Trust, Release, Alignment, Gratitude, Generosity, or Grounded**—and blends:

* Grounding breathwork & mindset support
* Intentional walking + forest bathing
* Reflection, journaling & stillness
* Heart-led conversation

The **first half** is gently guided, the **second half** is open and unstructured—an invitation to simply *be*.

We’re not walking to chase who we’re not.
We’re walking to reconnect with who we already are—underneath the noise.

**What to Bring:**

* Water
* Journal + pen (or phone for notes)
* Layers (Presidio weather loves to surprise us)
* Comfy shoes & athleisure
* *Optional:* something to sit on if you’d rather not sit on the ground

**Where to Meet:**
📍 **Presidio Wall Playground** (Spruce & Pacific Ave)
Park on Spruce St and head to the picnic tables behind the public restrooms (or grassy patch nearby). We’ll start + end at the same spot. Optional hangout after!

**The Host invites you in**—creating a grounded, welcoming space.

– I understand that wellness activities may involve physical movement, and I affirm I’m physically able and responsible for my own well-being.
– I grant Serving Sundays permission to capture and use photo/video content of the event for promotional purposes. I will inform the organizer if I prefer not to be recorded.
– I agree not to attend if I am feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to a contagious illness.
– I understand that this is a communal space and agree to participate respectfully and mindfully.
– I consent to receiving event-related emails or texts from Serving Sundays and its event partners, including future updates, offerings, and wellness content. I may opt out at any time.
