Yoga is gentle stretching and body movements to boost blood flow and make you more flexible. Yoga can be done on a mat or seated in a chair.

This yoga class is for all levels. Please wear clothes and sneakers you are comfortable moving your body in. Bring your own mat or towel.

This in-person event will take place at the Moore Street Market. Come relax, stretch, and find your inner peace with us.
