🏐 Skill level: This session is for players who have solid fundamental skills and can keep up with smooth gameplay. You should be able to:
–Serve consistently (overhand or underhand)
–Receive and pass with control
–Hand-set with minimal spin or bump-set with moderate accuracy



🚨 Beginners: If you’re still learning the basics, we recommend attending a clinic first before joining. This helps ensure a better experience for everyone!



👀 What to expect: We'll kick things off with warm-up games before splitting into skill-based courts and teams. Get ready to introduce yourself & connect with new players!



🤲 What to bring: Water, sunscreen, and sand socks! We provide balls + lines.



🅿️ Parking:**** There is a small parking lot directly in front of the volleyball courts, but free parking all around the Domain. You may need to park and walk to the courts.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNIFICATION, MEDIA RELEASE, AND COMMUNICATION CONSENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

In consideration for being permitted to register for, purchase or claim a ticket to, attend, participate in, or otherwise take part in any activity organized, promoted, hosted, sponsored, coordinated, or facilitated by Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. ACTIVITIES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT

For purposes of this agreement, "Activities" means any event, activity, gathering, or program organized, promoted, hosted, sponsored, coordinated, or facilitated by Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC.

Activities include, without limitation, pickup volleyball sessions, open play, leagues, tournaments, competitive events, recreational events, indoor volleyball, sand volleyball, grass volleyball, outdoor volleyball, practices, clinics, training sessions, warmups, games, contests, social gatherings, parties, happy hours, promotional events, community events, sponsor events, setup and teardown, spectating, travel or movement within an event location, and any related activities occurring before, during, or after an event.

This agreement applies whether an Activity is held at a facility owned or controlled by Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC or at a third party venue, park, field, gym, bar, restaurant, recreational facility, private property, or other location.

2. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in and attendance at the Activities is voluntary.

I understand that volleyball, athletic activities, outdoor activities, social events, and related Activities involve inherent and other risks that may result in property damage, illness, bodily injury, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death.

These risks include, without limitation, slipping, tripping, falling, jumping, diving, running, sudden changes in movement, collisions with other participants or spectators, contact with volleyballs or other equipment, contact with nets, poles, barriers, structures, furniture, or other objects, uneven or slippery playing surfaces, holes or other ground conditions, defective or improperly used equipment, actions or omissions of other participants, spectators, officials, venue personnel, or third parties, physical exertion, dehydration, heat exposure, sun exposure, weather, wind, rain, lightning, environmental conditions, muscle injuries, ligament injuries, joint injuries, broken bones, cuts, bruises, concussions, head injuries, neck injuries, spinal injuries, communicable illnesses, and other known or unknown risks associated with athletic and social activities.

I understand that not every risk can be identified, anticipated, controlled, or eliminated.

I knowingly and voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with my participation in or attendance at the Activities, whether those risks are known or unknown, obvious or hidden, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

3. PARTICIPANT HEALTH AND FITNESS

I understand that I am solely responsible for determining whether I am physically and medically capable of participating safely in an Activity.

I represent that I will not participate if I know or reasonably believe that my physical condition, medical condition, injury, illness, medication, alcohol consumption, drug use, fatigue, or any other circumstance makes participation unsafe for me or others.

I understand that Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC does not provide medical examinations or determine whether participants are medically fit to participate.

I accept responsibility for monitoring my own physical condition and stopping participation when appropriate.

4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

THIS SECTION IS INTENDED TO RELEASE SIP 'N' SERVE SOCIETY LLC AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FROM LIABILITY, INCLUDING LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR OWN ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS SIP 'N' SERVE SOCIETY LLC AND ITS PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, EVENT HOSTS, EVENT ORGANIZERS, COACHES, REFEREES, OFFICIALS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, SPONSORS, ADVERTISING PARTNERS, VENUES, FACILITY OPERATORS, PROPERTY OWNERS, PROPERTY MANAGERS, LANDLORDS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "RELEASED PARTIES," FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO MY PARTICIPATION IN OR ATTENDANCE AT THE ACTIVITIES.

THIS RELEASE EXPRESSLY INCLUDES CLAIMS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF SIP 'N' SERVE SOCIETY LLC OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTY.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS INVOLVING THE NEGLIGENT ORGANIZATION, PLANNING, SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT, OPERATION, SCHEDULING, OR CONDUCT OF AN ACTIVITY; THE NEGLIGENT SELECTION OR CONDITION OF A VENUE, COURT, FIELD, PLAYING SURFACE, OR EQUIPMENT; THE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF EVENT PERSONNEL, VOLUNTEERS, OFFICIALS, OR REPRESENTATIVES; OR THE FAILURE TO WARN OF OR PROTECT AGAINST A DANGEROUS CONDITION.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT I AM GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO BRING CERTAIN CLAIMS AGAINST SIP 'N' SERVE SOCIETY LLC AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FOR THEIR OWN ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

This release does not apply to any liability that cannot legally be released or waived under applicable law.

5. COVENANT NOT TO SUE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree not to initiate, assist in, or maintain a lawsuit or other legal claim against a Released Party for any claim that I have released under this agreement.

I understand that this covenant is intended to reinforce the release and waiver contained in this agreement.

6. ACTIONS OF OTHER PARTICIPANTS AND THIRD PARTIES

I understand that Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC cannot completely control the actions of participants, spectators, venue employees, members of the public, or other third parties.

I voluntarily assume the risks arising from the actions or omissions of such persons while attending or participating in an Activity.

7. EVENT RULES AND PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

I agree to follow reasonable rules, safety instructions, facility requirements, and directions provided by Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC, its representatives, officials, volunteers, or venue personnel.

I agree to conduct myself in a manner that does not intentionally or recklessly endanger other people.

Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC reserves the right to refuse participation, remove a participant from an Activity, or require a participant to leave an event for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, excessively intoxicated, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

Removal from an Activity does not invalidate or revoke this agreement.

8. ALCOHOL AND IMPAIRMENT

I understand that certain Activities may occur at locations where alcoholic beverages are available or may otherwise involve alcohol.

If I choose to consume alcohol, I do so voluntarily and accept responsibility for my consumption, decisions, behavior, transportation, and personal safety.

I agree not to participate in volleyball or another physical Activity if I believe that alcohol, medication, drugs, fatigue, or another substance or condition has impaired my ability to participate safely.

I understand that Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC does not guarantee or represent that a participant, spectator, or other person at an Activity will be sober or unimpaired.

Nothing in this agreement authorizes underage drinking or releases any person or entity from liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. MEDICAL CARE AND EMERGENCIES

If I become injured, ill, unconscious, or otherwise unable to provide instructions during an Activity, I authorize Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC and its representatives to contact emergency medical services and to obtain or arrange reasonably necessary emergency assistance on my behalf.

I understand that Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC is not obligated to provide medical personnel, medical equipment, medical treatment, or medical insurance at an Activity.

I understand that I am financially responsible for medical care, transportation, ambulance services, hospital services, or other expenses incurred on my behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release the Released Parties from claims arising from good faith efforts to obtain or arrange emergency assistance.

10. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I am solely responsible for my personal property during an Activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release the Released Parties from responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged property, including phones, wallets, bags, clothing, jewelry, vehicles, sporting equipment, and other personal belongings.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from my own negligent, reckless, intentional, unlawful, or wrongful conduct, my violation of event or venue rules, damage I cause to property, injury I cause to another person, or my material breach of this agreement.

12. PHOTO, VIDEO, AUDIO, NAME, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS RELEASE

I understand and agree that photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, interviews, and other media may occur during Activities.

I knowingly grant Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC and its authorized representatives, contractors, marketing agencies, licensees, and promotional partners the worldwide, perpetual, royalty free right and permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, display, transmit, distribute, advertise, promote, and otherwise use my name, image, likeness, appearance, voice, statements, photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and other recordings of me captured in connection with an Activity.

I understand and agree that this content may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional, commercial, social media, website, email, digital advertising, paid advertising, event promotion, sponsorship, public relations, editorial, community, and other business purposes of Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC.

This permission includes use on websites, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, other social media platforms, digital advertisements, email campaigns, promotional videos, photographs, printed materials, event listings, sponsor presentations, and other forms of media now existing or developed in the future.

I understand that Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC may edit, crop, alter, combine, reproduce, or adapt such content and may use it together with other images, video, audio, graphics, text, or advertising materials.

I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, residuals, or other payment for the capture or authorized use of this content.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content, advertising, publication, or other material in which my name, image, likeness, voice, or appearance may be used.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC and its authorized representatives from claims relating to the authorized use of my name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, or recordings, including claims relating to privacy, publicity, compensation, or approval.

13. EMAIL, MARKETING, PROMOTIONAL, AND EVENT COMMUNICATIONS

By accepting this agreement and registering for or signing up for an Activity, I consent to receiving emails from Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC at the email address associated with my SweatPals account, ticket, registration, or event signup.

These communications may include event confirmations, event reminders, schedule information, cancellations, event updates, community updates, newsletters, announcements, promotions, offers, advertising, marketing communications, new event notifications, sponsor promotions, and other communications from Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC.

I understand that my registration and acceptance of this agreement enrolls the email address I provide or use for registration in Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC email communications.

I understand that I may unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in those communications.

I understand that unsubscribing from marketing communications does not cancel, terminate, revoke, or otherwise affect any portion of this participant waiver, release of liability, assumption of risk, indemnification agreement, or media release.

I understand that Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC may continue to send transactional or operational communications relating to an event, ticket, registration, purchase, account, safety matter, or other existing transaction when legally permitted.

14. NO GUARANTEE OF EVENT CONDITIONS

I understand that event conditions may change and that Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC does not guarantee any particular number of participants, level of competition, team assignment, playing time, opponent, court condition, venue condition, weather condition, event format, schedule, or other circumstance associated with an Activity.

Changes to an Activity do not invalidate this agreement.

15. FUTURE EVENTS AND CONTINUING EFFECT

I understand and agree that this agreement is intended to apply not only to the Activity for which I am currently registering, but also to future Activities operated, organized, promoted, hosted, sponsored, coordinated, or facilitated by Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC in which I participate or attend.

This agreement remains effective unless Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC requires me to accept a new or updated agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.

My acceptance of a later version of the Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC participant waiver will govern Activities occurring after acceptance of that later version.

16. EACH PARTICIPANT MUST ACCEPT

I understand that this agreement applies only to the individual accepting it.

Unless legally authorized to do so, I may not accept this agreement on behalf of another adult participant.

If I purchase or reserve multiple tickets, each adult participant may be required to separately provide their information and accept the applicable participant waiver before participating.

17. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT AND SWEATPALS REGISTRATION

I understand that this agreement may be presented and accepted electronically through SweatPals or another registration, ticketing, or event platform.

I agree that my electronic actions may be used to demonstrate my acceptance of this agreement.

ENTERING MY INITIALS, TYPING MY NAME, CHECKING OR CLICKING AN "I AGREE" OR SIMILAR OPTION, ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING, REGISTERING FOR AN ACTIVITY, PURCHASING OR CLAIMING A TICKET AFTER BEING PRESENTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, COMPLETING THE EVENT SIGNUP PROCESS AFTER BEING PRESENTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, OR OTHERWISE ELECTRONICALLY INDICATING MY ACCEPTANCE CONSTITUTES MY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND MY AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS.

I INTEND MY ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE TO HAVE THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS MY HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE.

I agree that electronic records associated with my SweatPals account or other registration account, ticket, purchase, registration, acceptance, entered initials, electronic signature, transaction, date, time, and related records may be retained and used as evidence of my acceptance of this agreement.

18. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF LEGAL RIGHTS

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE ACCEPTING IT.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT LEGAL TERMS AND THAT I AM GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.

I SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK, A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, A COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AN INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT, A MEDIA RELEASE, AND CONSENT TO RECEIVE EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS.

I acknowledge that I am accepting this agreement voluntarily and that participation in Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC Activities is conditioned upon my acceptance of the applicable participation requirements.

19. AGE AND LEGAL CAPACITY

By accepting this agreement, I represent that I am at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

A participant under the age of 18 may not accept this adult participant agreement on their own behalf and must comply with any separate minor participation requirements established by Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC.

20. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

To the extent permitted by law, any legal action relating to this agreement or an Activity shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Travis County, Texas.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any provision or portion of this agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT REGARDING PARTICIPATION

This agreement represents the participant's agreement concerning the matters addressed in this waiver and release.

The failure of Sip 'n' Serve Society LLC to enforce any provision at any particular time does not waive its right to enforce that provision in the future.

23. FINAL ACCEPTANCE

BY REGISTERING, SIGNING UP, PURCHASING OR CLAIMING A TICKET, ENTERING MY INITIALS, TYPING MY NAME, CLICKING OR CHECKING AN AGREEMENT OPTION, PROVIDING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, OR OTHERWISE COMPLETING THE EVENT REGISTRATION PROCESS AFTER BEING PRESENTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

I SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, RELEASE OF CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, INDEMNIFICATION TERMS, PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE, EMAIL AND MARKETING CONSENT, AND ALL OTHER TERMS CONTAINED ABOVE.

MY ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE, INCLUDING THE ENTRY OF MY INITIALS, IS INTENDED TO CONSTITUTE MY LEGALLY BINDING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.
