Social Hour Pool Party: After the workout, Head upstairs to the pool deck at FLOW for a vibrant pool party! We are including a fun PILATES (optional) class during our pool party!!

Our meeting point will be in the breezeway next to The Wharf… in between the @livelifeinflow Fort Lauderdale building and Pura Vida in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The exact address is📍301 SW 1st Ave Fort Lauderdale FL 33301
