Evening Itinerary

4:30–4:40 PM | Arrival + Grounding
Welcome, herbal tea, settling in, and grounding breathwork.

4:40–4:55 PM | Hunter’s Moon Opening Ceremony
A brief reflection on the meaning of the Hunter’s Moon, followed by intention setting and a guided meditation.

4:55–5:10 PM | Release Ritual
Journaling, gentle movement, and optional Santo clearing as we release what no longer serves us.

5:10–5:50 PM | Hunter’s Moon Sound Bath
A deeply immersive sound journey with crystal bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and other grounding instruments.

5:50–6:00 PM | Integration + Closing
Final reflection, breathwork, prayer or blessing, and space to connect with your intention.
