Join The Unbuzzed Club & [Solace Travel Group](https://www.solacetravelgroup.com/destinations) for a truly special experience at [Sitagu Buddha Vihara,](https://sitagu.org/austin/) a Buddhist monastery here in South Austin.

We’re passionate about learning from different cultures and discovering meaningful ways to support our community. This month, Solace Travel Group has invited The Unbuzzed Club for a fully immersive day at the monastery.

You’ll have the opportunity to **tour the temple**, **volunteer on-site**, and take part in a **1-hour guided meditation led by a Buddhist monk**. It’s a chance to ground, connect, and give back in a peaceful and sacred space.

**Please note that you do not need to be Buddhist to join this event.** The Unbuzzed Club has no religious or spiritual affiliations. We simply ask that you come with an open mind, an open heart, and respect for the temple that has generously welcomed our group.

**Agenda:**

* 1:00 PM - 1:15 PM : Check-in/Welcome
* 1:15 PM : Quick Intro to Temple etiquette
* 1:20 PM : Group walk around the Temple
* 1:30 PM : Volunteer around Temple (typically help clean )
* 2:00 PM / 2:15 PM : 1-hour Meditation class led by a Monk&#x20;

**How to dress:** Temple asks that you please dress modestly, covered shoulders and knees are required inside the temple. Light, comfortable clothing is totally fine as long as it follows those guidelines.
