💄 Además vivirás un taller completo de automaquillaje profesional con la maquilladora experta Catherine Nieva, quien te enseñará técnicas reales para verte hermosa, segura y potenciar tu belleza natural.

Al adquirir este boleto y/o registrarme en este evento, declaro que he leído, comprendido y aceptado los términos del presente Consentimiento Informado, Liberación de Responsabilidad y Autorización de Uso de Imagen.
1. PARTICIPACIÓN VOLUNTARIA
Declaro que participo de manera voluntaria en el evento organizado por Hipoflow Club, el cual puede incluir, sin limitarse a:
Sesiones de Hipoflow (hipopresivos, respiración consciente y estiramientos).
Actividades de bienestar físico, mental y emocional.
Sesión de maquillaje, cuidado de la piel y/o experiencias estéticas.
Registro fotográfico y audiovisual durante el evento.
Entiendo que mi participación es completamente opcional y bajo mi propia responsabilidad.
2. ESTADO DE SALUD
Declaro que:
Me encuentro en condiciones físicas y mentales adecuadas para participar.
No padezco lesiones, enfermedades, condiciones médicas, embarazo de riesgo u otras situaciones que me impidan realizar actividades suaves de movimiento y respiración, o bien he informado previamente a las organizadoras.
Me comprometo a escuchar mi cuerpo y detener mi participación si experimento dolor, mareo, dificultad respiratoria, incomodidad o cualquier síntoma inusual.
3. NATURALEZA DE LAS ACTIVIDADES
Entiendo y acepto que:
Las sesiones de Hipoflow no sustituyen atención médica, fisioterapia, tratamiento psicológico ni diagnóstico clínico.
Las experiencias de maquillaje y cuidado de la piel son exclusivamente cosméticas, no médicas.
Los resultados físicos, emocionales o estéticos pueden variar de persona a persona.
4. ASUNCIÓN DE RIESGO
Acepto que toda actividad física, incluso de bajo impacto, conlleva riesgos inherentes, incluyendo pero no limitándose a:
Molestias musculares
Fatiga
Mareos
Reacciones alérgicas a productos cosméticos (si aplica)
Asumo plena responsabilidad por cualquier reacción o efecto que pueda presentarse durante o después del evento.
5. LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
Por medio del presente documento, libero expresa y permanentemente de toda responsabilidad legal, civil o penal, presente o futura, a:

Patrocinadores, colaboradores, maquilladores, fotógrafos, locación del evento y cualquier aliado involucrado
por cualquier lesión, daño, pérdida, reclamo, gasto o inconveniente que pudiera surgir durante o después de mi participación.
6. AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO DE IMAGEN
Autorizo de manera libre, voluntaria, irrevocable y sin compensación económica el uso de mi imagen, voz y/o nombre captados en fotografías, videos o material audiovisual durante el evento.
Autorizo su uso con fines:
Educativos
Promocionales
Publicitarios
Redes sociales
Página web
Material institucional
Renuncio a cualquier derecho de compensación o reclamo futuro por dicho uso.
7. ACEPTACIÓN DIGITAL
Entiendo que la compra del boleto, registro o participación en el evento constituye aceptación plena y válida de este consentimiento informado, liberación de responsabilidad y autorización de uso de imagen, con el mismo efecto legal que una firma manuscrita.

By purchasing this ticket and/or registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Informed Consent, Liability Waiver, and Image Release.
1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
I acknowledge that my participation in the event organized by Hipoflow Club is completely voluntary. The event may include, but is not limited to:
Hipoflow sessions (hypopressives, conscious breathing, and stretching)
Physical, mental, and emotional wellness activities
Makeup sessions, skincare, and/or aesthetic experiences
Photography and audiovisual recording during the event
2. HEALTH CONDITION
I declare that:
I am physically and mentally fit to participate.
I do not have any medical condition, injury, illness, or high-risk pregnancy that would prevent me from safely participating, or I have previously informed the organizers.
I agree to listen to my body and stop participation immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms.
3. NATURE OF THE ACTIVITIES
I understand and accept that:
Hipoflow sessions are not medical treatment, physical therapy, psychological therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Makeup and skincare experiences are cosmetic only, not medical.
Results may vary from person to person.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that any physical activity, even low-impact activities, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Muscle soreness
Fatigue
Dizziness
Allergic reactions to cosmetic products (if applicable)
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or reactions that may occur during or after the event.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby fully and forever release, waive, and discharge from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, present or future, arising out of my participation, against:

Laura Chica
Hipoflow Club
Wellng LLC
Hypopressives WellnessGrace
All sponsors, collaborators, instructors, makeup artists, photographers, venue owners, and any affiliated partners
I agree not to hold any of the above parties liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim related to my participation.
6. IMAGE, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE
I grant irrevocable permission for my image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance captured during the event to be used without compensation for:
Educational purposes
Marketing and promotional materials
Social media
Websites
Advertising and institutional content
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and release all claims related to the use of such media.
7. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE
I understand that purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the event constitutes my full legal acceptance of this agreement, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
