Join us Saturday, August 23 from 7:30 - 10:30 PM for Dinks and Drinks Glow-in-the-Dark Pickleball at Center Court Scottsdale. Doors open at 7:30 PM. There will be 3 hours of open play across 12 courts at 3 different skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Each ticket includes one welcome drink at the self-pour taps. The self-pour taps have beer, wine, seltzer and non-alcoholic options. Our last event sold out with 120 players so make sure to sign up early! We have also been listening and are making a couple improvements including a more organized and efficient open play system as well as more seltzer taps available! Wear your neon colors (note: green, orange, and pink show up better than white) because we will have a prize for the best dressed! The first 100 attendees to arrive will receive goodie bags at the event. We will have giveaways and freebies throughout the night! Blue Agave Mexican Cantina (a couple doors down from Center Court) will also be running a special for all players who attend the event. Show them your ticket before or after our event to receive 10% off your bill. Their kitchen is open late night so you can grab bites after you have worked up an appetite!

By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that playing pickleball in a glow-in-the-dark setting includes certain risks. These risks may involve tripping, falling, collisions with other players, or other physical injuries. The dark environment may affect visibility and increase the chance of accidents. I accept full responsibility for any injury or harm that may result from my participation.

2. Alcohol Consumption
I understand that alcoholic beverages will be available through self-serve taps at the venue. I am responsible for my own consumption and behavior. I agree not to participate in activities that exceed my physical or mental abilities if I have been drinking. I understand that drinking alcohol may increase my risk of injury.

3. Medical Acknowledgment
I confirm that I am in good health and able to safely participate in this event. I understand that medical personnel will not be on site. I agree to be responsible for any medical care or emergency treatment that I may require during or after the event.

4. Media Release and Public Setting Notice
I understand that this event may be photographed and recorded by the event hosts, the venue, and other attendees. I give permission for Dinks and Drinks AZ, Always Sunny in Arizona, Center Court Pickleball Club, and anyone else present to use my image, voice, or likeness for promotional or social media purposes without compensation. I understand that this is a public setting and I do not expect privacy regarding photography or video during the event.

5. Personal Belongings
I am responsible for my own personal items. The event hosts, venue, vendors, and volunteers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

6. Waiver and Release of Liability
By registering, I agree to release and hold harmless Dinks and Drinks AZ, Always Sunny in Arizona, Center Court Pickleball Club, all staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and any other parties involved in the event. This release applies to any injuries, illnesses, property damage, or other losses that may occur during or after the event, even if caused by negligence.

7. Code of Conduct and Uninvited Guests
I understand that although this is a private event, the venue is open to the public. I agree to behave respectfully at all times. I understand that the hosts are not responsible for the actions of uninvited guests or people not associated with the event. If I notice anything unsafe or inappropriate, I will report it to the hosts or venue staff. The event hosts reserve the right to remove anyone who creates a safety concern or disturbance.

8. Vendors, Sponsors, and Event Staff
I understand that vendors, sponsors, and volunteers may be present and involved in this event. I will not hold any of these individuals or organizations responsible for any injury, loss, or inconvenience that may occur as a result of their involvement.

9. Minors
This event does not have a minimum age requirement. By completing this registration, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old or that I am registering on behalf of a minor as their parent or legal guardian. I agree to be responsible for any minor I register and to ensure that they follow all event rules. I accept that the terms of this waiver apply to both myself and any minors I include in my registration.

10. Walk-In Participants
I understand that although participants are encouraged to register in advance, some people may attend as walk-ins. All attendees, regardless of how they register, are subject to the same terms and conditions in this waiver.
