September is home for the Fall Equinox (the start of a new season) which means it's a great time to get organized, pour into yourself and set your intentions.&#x20;

'Goddess, Rise' is here to offer a taste of something real; A soft place to land, re-access to your own creative portal and permission to exist freely and authentically as YOU 🪷



**WHAT TO BRING:**

Your mat (some provided) your water and your journal! \*Please arrive NO later than 6:20pm!



**WHAT TO EXPECT:**

6:00pm -- ARRIVE. Grab a treat, check out the studio, meet the girls and get integrated.



6:30pm -- Begin journaling 'Letter to your future self'. Page supplies, decorations and envelopes provided! Women can choose to time capsule their letter for 1, 3 or 5 years.&#x20;



6:45pm -- Begin yoga flow with Jen @zentheyogi. \*No experience necessary\* Movement will be fluid, grounded, and centered around breathwork (pranayama) to get out of our heads and into our body.



7:30pm -- Begin sound bath journey with vocal toning with Angela Wolfson \*Sound tools include and not limited to; vocals, crystal singing bowls, rain stick, chimes, gong, etc.



7:50pm -- Closing circle. Women are encouraged to speak from the heart.



*Ticket policy:* If you purchase a ticket and later can't make it, you will have a credit at a future Goddess gathering 💜
