Join us for a 40 minute Mommy & Me Pilates class followed by scripture reflection surrounding the goodness of Jesus's sacrifice and His love for us! 

We will be meeting at San Marcos Public Library in meeting room A. Each ticket includes an energy drink provided by our sponsor, Alani Nu. 

Babies and Toddlers welcome. Please bring a baby carrier (if you have one), play mat, and toys for your children to play with during the class.

Prenatal & Postpartum moms at any stage welcome. Please advise a medical professional prior to attending class to ensure safe movement.

Before participating in our Pilates classes, we kindly ask all participants to read and sign the following safety waiver. 

This waiver is designed to ensure the well-being and safety of all participants. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in Pilates classes offered by Pura Pilates. I understand that the practice of Pilates involves physical activity and may require certain levels of fitness and flexibility.
I hereby affirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that would prevent me from participating in Pilates classes. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to starting any exercise program if I have any concerns about my health or fitness level.

I acknowledge and understand that participation in Pilates classes carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
1. Risk of injury, including strains, sprains, and muscle soreness.
2. Risk of accidents due to the use of exercise equipment and props.
3. Risk of overexertion, fatigue, or physical discomfort.
4. Risk of aggravating pre-existing injuries or medical conditions.

I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my participation in Pilates classes. I release, discharge, and hold harmless Pura Pilates, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in Pilates classes.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor during the class, including proper body alignment, modifications, and safety guidelines. I understand that I have the right to modify or decline any exercise or movement that I feel is beyond my capabilities or comfort level.

I understand that Pura Pilates will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the Pilates classes.
I hereby grant Pura Pilates the permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the Pilates classes for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials.

I have read and fully understand the terms of this safety waiver, and I voluntarily sign it without coercion or duress. By signing this safety waiver, participants acknowledge their understanding of the risks associated with Pilates classes and release the business from any liability.
