˙⟡ What’s a sound bath?
An immersive, meditative experience that allows you to achieve deep relaxation through entrainment (a therapeutic practice where your brainwaves and bodily rhythms naturally synchronize with external frequencies) Participants are invited to lie down, unwind, and fully immerse themselves in the resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls to promote rest, balance, and inner calm.

15-minute guided meditation with centering breathwork exercise 
45-minute immersive sound bath designed to promote deep relaxation and nervous system restoration

Yoga Mats are provided
Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, etc. for extra comfort 
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable
