Join us every Monday at the Gale Hotel Downtown for a 1 hour Hatha Vinyasa Flow and Sound Healing!!! This is an all level friendly class, where you are encouraged to be HERE, and NOW! Come as you are, and bring friends, family, you are all invited to join in Community!🫂

What to bring: mats, water bottles, mini towels, & maybe something to cover the eyes for our final meditation! 🤍

A complimentary beverage is provided by the hotel at the end of the class!
