Through “From Lonely AF to Loved AF: The HEART Method for Radical Self-Belonging,” we’ll explore loneliness, the roles we outgrow, and what it means to feel connected to ourselves and others.

 

Harry Lopez will moderate the evening and facilitate conversations, creating space for meaningful dialogue, reflection, and connection.
