By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that this event includes physical activity (mat Pilates), wellness instruction, and a gua sha skincare workshop.

I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle soreness, strain, sprain, or physical injury

Dizziness, dehydration, or fatigue

Skin sensitivity, redness, irritation, or bruising from gua sha or skincare products

I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation.

Health Confirmation

I confirm that:

I am physically able to participate in light to moderate exercise.

I have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

I will inform staff of any injuries, pregnancy, medical concerns, or skin sensitivities prior to participating.

I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating if needed.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless:

All instructors, estheticians, staff, contractors, and affiliates

The venue and its owners

from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising out of or related to my participation in this event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Skincare & Product Acknowledgment

I understand that skincare products and techniques demonstrated during the event may not be suitable for everyone. I assume full responsibility for any reactions resulting from participation and may opt out of any portion of the skincare workshop.

Photo & Media Release

I grant permission for Gigi’s NYC and Heyday Skincare to capture photos and/or video during the event and use this content for promotional and marketing purposes. If I prefer not to appear in media, I will notify staff at check-in.

Agreement

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
