Join Juliana for a fun and energizing Hot Pilates Sculpt Class that blends sculpting exercises, smooth transitions, and mindful movement. This flow-based sequence is designed to challenge your core, tone your muscles, and refine your alignment—all while moving with intention and grace at 80-90 degrees. Class will use props like resistance bands, the Pilates ring or blocks for a challenge.

Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is perfect for all levels. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.

What to Expect:

I understand that participating in Pilates classes with Flow with Juliana may involve physical activity that carries some risk of injury. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this class with full knowledge of the risks involved.

I certify that I am in good health and have consulted with a physician regarding any medical conditions that may affect my ability to safely participate. I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may sustain while participating.

I release and discharge Juliana Aguilar, Flow with Juliana, Brickell Yoga, and any associated instructors or staff from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in these classes.

I also understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations before class begins.
