**9:30 – 10:30 AM | Goddess Wellness Lounge**
A curated hour of recovery and glow-enhancing activations, including facial moments and an Aphrodite-inspired photo experience.

**10:30 – 11:30 AM | DJ Coffee Party**
Live DJ vibes featuring **Aphrodite Cold Foam Lattes by Haute Coffee**. Sip, socialize, and connect with the community.

**11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Pilates Sculpt by the Sea**
A signature beachside Pilates Sculpt focused on strength, control, and fluid movement — designed to make you feel powerful and embodied.

**12:30 PM – Onward | Pilates Beach Day**

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

Event: House of Aphrodite: The Pilates Festival
Location: Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Miami Beach, Florida
Host: The Pilates Girlies LLC, doing business as Pilates & Lattes Club

IMPORTANT AGREEMENT

By checking the box at checkout and/or purchasing a ticket to this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver & Release of Claims. I understand that my purchase of a ticket constitutes my acceptance of this agreement.

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in Pilates, fitness classes, wellness activities, and related event experiences (including but not limited to Pilates Sculpt, movement sessions, beach activities, recovery services, and wellness activations) involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strain, injury, illness, slips or falls, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other physical or emotional harm.

I voluntarily choose to participate in all activities associated with this event and knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Released Parties (defined below).

2. Health Representation

I represent that I am physically able to participate in fitness and wellness activities and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns.

I agree to immediately stop participation if I feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or believe continuing would be unsafe.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

The Pilates Girlies LLC, DBA Pilates & Lattes Club,
all instructors, employees, contractors, guest instructors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates,
the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, including its owners, operators, employees, and agents,

from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Venue & Beach Conditions

I acknowledge that this event may take place outdoors and/or on the beach and that environmental conditions such as sand, uneven surfaces, weather, ocean conditions, and temperature may increase risk. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these conditions.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the event.

6. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for The Pilates Girlies LLC, DBA Pilates & Lattes Club, and its partners to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my likeness during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, without compensation.

7. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that by checking the box at checkout and purchasing a ticket, I am waiving certain legal rights and agreeing to be bound by this waiver.
