HUM is a multi-dimensional sound healing experience featuring five experienced sound healers surrounding participants in a 360° formation using a variety of instruments to guide a deeply restorative sonic journey designed to regulate the nervous system, encourage release, and cultivate presence.

**Tentative Flow (3:00–6:00PM): Please arrive no later than 3:25PM in order to not disturb the 3:30PM immersive experience. If you arrive after 3:30PM, you will not be allowed to enter as to not disturb others.**
