I understand that pickleball involves physical activity and carries risks including falls, collisions, and potential serious injury.
I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risk of harm while participating.

I release and hold harmless Hunter’s Games, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and Pickleball Space from any liability, claims, or actions for injury, loss, or damages connected to my participation — including those caused by negligence.

If necessary, I authorize event staff to obtain emergency medical assistance for me.
I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses.
