Join us every Friday at 2 PM for a weekly high-performance training session inspired by the demands of the HYROX format. Each workout is specifically designed to target the core components of HYROX-style fitness: strength, speed, endurance, and functional movement. Expect a different workout each week, keeping your body challenged and your progress consistent.

These sessions blend elements like sled pushes, rowing, ski-ergs, running, bodyweight drills, and compound lifts. Whether you're actively training for a race or just craving an extra challenge in your week, these workouts are a perfect way to break plateaus, sharpen your performance, and build confidence.

I, the participant named below, have agreed to participate in the F45 workouts, exercise and training programs and
any other services (fitness or otherwise) offered by F45 ("Workouts").I acknowledge and agree that the Workouts:•
are a recreational sport activity; and• may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle
strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities.I hereby
affirm, and I affirm each time I participate in a Workout, that:• I am in good physical condition and do not suffer

KNEES, INJURIES TO BACK, INJURIES TO FOOT, OR ANY OTHER ILLNESS OR SORENESS THAT I MAY
