By checking this box, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Inhale Exhale: A Sensory Experience hosted by SweatPals. I understand that this event includes physical activity (Pilates), fragrance-making, a B12 injection administered by a licensed medical professional (if I choose to receive it), food and beverages, and other wellness activities.

I represent that I am physically able to participate and have consulted a healthcare provider if I have any concerns about my health or participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns before participating.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, allergic reactions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless SweatPals, the event organizers, venue, instructors, vendors, sponsors, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that professional photography and videography may take place during the event. By participating, I grant SweatPals permission to use photographs and video in which I may appear for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify the event organizers upon arrival.

I acknowledge that event tickets are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in SweatPals' event policy.
