By purchasing a ticket and attending the International Women’s Day Event hosted by Club Amora x OCHO Run Club (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to running, Pilates, and wellness activities, involves inherent risks including injury, illness, falls, dehydration, and other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe involvement. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician if needed.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Club Amora, OCHO Run Club, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and the property owner from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation in the Event.

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings.

I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the Event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver.
