Experience the Kundalini awakening  only happens when you practice the Bandhas, or energetic locks, mixed with Pranayama exercises.  Pranayama is the expansion of life force through breathing exercises and when it is combined with the energetic locks in the body you experience a full body sensation.



You will learn about different breathing techniques to be applied according to your students needs or to address different health issues with Synergy Director, Victoria Brunacci
