ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand and acknowledge that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to functional training, strength training, conditioning, HIIT, and group workouts, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, dehydration, equipment-related injuries, and in rare cases, serious injury or death.

I voluntarily choose to participate in the Jungla 1-Year Anniversary Event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Jungla Training, its owners, founders, coaches, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained while participating in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition during the event and agree to stop participation if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any concerning symptoms.

I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency and agree that Jungla Training is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event. I hereby grant Jungla Training permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and name in any media format for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that Jungla Training is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the event.

BINDING AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that this waiver is legally binding. I have read and fully understand its contents and sign it voluntarily. I agree that this waiver shall remain in effect for the duration of the event
