We’re closing out 2026 with our biggest Jungle Rhythms experience yet.

Jungle Rhythms: The Human Experience – Holiday Edition is a one-day retreat designed to bring people together through movement, music, wellness, learning, challenge, and real human connection.

If you've joined us before, expect the energy and community you know from Jungle Rhythms—but with an expanded format, new experiences, new voices, and plenty of surprises for our final gathering of the year.

LIVE MUSIC with DJ Jimmy Bell all the way from the UK
Feel the rhythm. Move. Listen. Connect. We’ll be bringing in new musicians and live performances throughout the experience.

GUEST SPEAKERS + BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Go beyond sitting and listening. Our speakers will share ideas, experiences, and practical tools—and select sessions will give you an opportunity to go deeper in smaller groups.

BREATHWORK EXPERIENCES with Michael Roviello
Step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself through guided breath-work sessions designed for all experience levels.

FITNESS + MOVEMENT BREAKOUTS with Donny Starkins
Move your body, challenge yourself, try something new, and have fun doing it.

One of our favorite Jungle Rhythms traditions is back. Step into the cold, breathe through the challenge, and experience it alongside the community.
