By registering for or participating in the Keep Austin Trottin' (the “Event”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. **Assumption of Risk:**
   I voluntarily choose to participate in the Event, which includes physical activity such as running or walking, as well as attending a social gathering that may include alcohol consumption. I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, dehydration, falls, and other accidents that may occur before, during, or after the Event. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. **Release of Liability:**
   In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless **Body Art Run Club (BARC ATX)**, **Adidas**, **Bathe**, **the Central Texas Food Bank**, all affiliated vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and event staff (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Event or any related activities, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. **Health & Fitness:**
   I affirm that I am physically fit and capable of safely participating in this Event and that I am not aware of any health conditions that would limit or endanger my ability to take part.

4. **Alcohol & Conduct:**
   I understand that alcohol may be available at the post-event social gathering and agree to consume responsibly and only if I am of legal drinking age. I assume full responsibility for my actions and decisions related to alcohol consumption and agree to act respectfully toward other participants, vendors, and staff.

5. **Medical Authorization:**
   In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize event organizers or medical personnel to obtain or provide necessary medical care at my expense.

6. **Media Release:**
   I grant BARC ATX and its partners permission to use my likeness, name, image, or voice captured during the Event for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

7. **Acknowledgment:**
   I have read and understand this waiver. By signing below (or electronically accepting), I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18) and agree to the terms of this release.
