Korrect Fitness Event Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this event, including but not limited to dance lessons and social dancing, involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury or accident. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or damage to myself or my property that may occur as a result of my participation.

Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Korrect Fitness, Mavericks Dance Hall, their owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with my participation in this event, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

Medical Authorization: I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate safely. I authorize Korrect Fitness staff or event organizers to seek emergency medical care if deemed necessary, understanding that I am solely responsible for any associated costs.

Media Release: I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used by Korrect Fitness for promotional purposes.
