A Kundalini Activation is a transmission of Source Energy that guides the body, mind, and soul on a journey inward. Through this process, you begin to remember your true essence, awaken your inner power, heal from within, and expand your potential.

The session begins with breathwork and meditation to help you ground, open, and connect within. You are then guided into a state of surrender as you lay down and receive. In this space, life force energy is invited to flow freely through the body, supporting release, restoration, activation, and expansion on a physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual level.
