Join us for a high-energy, mindfully curated health and wellness festival all about connection, wellness, and the local community.&#x20;

Whether you're into yoga, meditation, dance, equiptment based classes —or just want to try something new—this event brings together the best local instructors, wellness pros, and small businesses for one exciting day.

**What is STRENGTH IN THE CITY?**
We’re a community hub creating in person wellness experiences to highlight local instructors and support local brands. Our goal is to build stronger communities through movement, mindfulness, and connection. This event highlights local talent and gives you access to over 20 mini-classes, workshops, recovery services, and vendors all in one place.

STRENGTH IN THE CITY HEALTH & WELLNESS FESTIVAL
GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER & PHOTO RELEASE

By participating in the STRENGTH IN THE CITY Health & Wellness Festival (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Event, including but not limited to physical activities, exercise, fitness classes, and wellness-related sessions, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, allergic reactions, and property loss or damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, or damage arising from my participation.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless STRENGTH IN THE CITY, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, instructors, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs, expenses, and damages for personal injury, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19 or any other communicable diseases), death, or property damage arising from my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment Authorization

I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the Event and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Compliance with Event Rules

I agree to follow all Event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Event organizers, staff, and vendors. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event without a refund.

Photo & Video Release

I acknowledge and agree that STRENGTH IN THE CITY and its affiliates may record, photograph, or otherwise capture my participation in the Event. I grant STRENGTH IN THE CITY and its designees an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from my image, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional, marketing, advertising, and other business purposes in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation in the Event.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read and fully understand this Waiver & Release of Liability and Photo Release Agreement. By checking the box below and signing this document, I acknowledge that I voluntarily agree to these terms and that I am waiving certain legal rights.

I agree to the terms and conditions outlined above when purchasing a ticket and checking the box.

By purchasing this ticket to this event, I accept this waiver and certify that I am either the participant or the legal guardian of the minor participant and have the authority to agree to this agreement.

This RSVP is for the 9am community run/walk ONLY. By signing up you will receive run/walk details. This does NOT include entry into the festival for any classes.

GA ticket gives you access to classes, vendors and the run/walk

The VIP ticket includes everything in GA PLUS a Yeti tumbler, $150 worth of discounts from partners.
