🎯 Light competition with **games, rotations, and prizes**
🧺 **Picnic vibes** — BYO snacks, water, blankets, or chairs
🤍 Community, connection, and good energy

All levels welcome — **play, hang, or do both**.
Come with friends or come solo and **make new ones**.

This is your excuse to get outside, breathe in some crisp winter air, and close your week feeling accomplished and energized.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By registering for and/or participating in any Let’s Volley event, including but not limited to clinics, drills, open play, leagues, tournaments, and the Winter Reset Series, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in volleyball and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, equipment failure, weather conditions, and other injuries that may occur before, during, or after participation. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Let’s Volley, its owners, organizers, hosts, volunteers, coaches, partners, sponsors, and venue providers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, damage, or harm that may occur as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically able to participate in these activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that Let’s Volley does not provide medical insurance coverage. In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize Let’s Volley to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.

4. Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines provided by event staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund in order to maintain a safe environment for all participants.

5. Weather & Environmental Conditions
I acknowledge that some events may take place outdoors and that weather, temperature, and environmental conditions may vary. I accept full responsibility for participating under such conditions and understand that events may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled for safety reasons.

6. Photography & Media Release
I grant Let’s Volley permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during events for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or notification.

7. Refund Policy
I understand that all registrations, memberships, and event fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Let’s Volley.

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By registering for or attending any Let’s Volley event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability. I understand that this agreement is binding and applies to all current and future participation with Let’s Volley.
