I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release and hold harmless The Reset Lab, its owner, instructors, staff, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, loss, or damages related to my participation.

I understand this is a community wellness event and that The Reset Lab is not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I grant permission for photos and/or videos taken during the event to be used for marketing or promotional purposes by The Reset Lab.
