I, the undersigned, desire to attend an event hosted at 5745 Soledad Mountain rd, la Jolla 92037  (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). 
In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities at the Event, including but not limited to swimming, sauna use, cold plunge, and any other recreational activities (collectively, the “Activities”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participating in Activities at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Drowning, slipping, or falling in or around the pool, sauna, and cold plunge areas.
Dehydration, overheating, burns, or fainting due to sauna use.
Cold shock, hypothermia, or cardiovascular stress from the cold plunge.

Injuries, allergic reactions, or medical emergencies related to physical exertion, temperature exposure, or unknown conditions.
I acknowledge that these risks may result in serious injury, illness, or even death, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or hazards associated with my participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby waive, release, and discharge the host, property owner(s), event organizers, and any affiliated individuals (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to:
Negligence of the Released Parties in maintaining the premises, providing supervision, or warning of potential dangers.
Injuries or damages suffered due to my own actions or the actions of others.
Property damage, loss, or theft occurring during the Event.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, lawsuits, or expenses arising from my participation in the Event, including legal fees and medical expenses.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY
I confirm that:
I am physically fit and have no known medical conditions that would put me at risk during the Activities.
I will exercise caution and responsibility while using the pool, sauna, and cold plunge.
I will not consume excessive alcohol, drugs, or any substances that could impair my ability to participate safely.
I will comply with all safety rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Event host.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE 
I DO consent to the use of my image in photos or videos taken at the Event for promotional or personal purposes by the host.

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & SIGNATURE
I have read and understood this Waiver and Release of Liability in its entirety. By signing below, I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
