Join Rebecca for the first offering in Lunar Flow, a two-part October series inspired by the phases of the moon and the natural rhythms of the fall season.



New Moon: Ground & Grow is a 60-minute flow centered around grounding, reflection, and intention setting. Through mindful movement, breath, and lunar-inspired poses, you’ll create space to slow down, reconnect, and consider what you want to cultivate during the lunar cycle ahead.



Then, return later this month for Lunar Flow | Hunter’s Moon: Courage & Release, where we’ll build on the intentions of the new moon with a full moon practice centered around courage, reflection, and letting go.



Attend both classes to experience the full Lunar Flow series, or join us for either offering individually. Each class is a complete practice on its own, and all levels are welcome.
