Lymphatic Drainage 101 + Optimyze Recovery Experience

Join Jared Burch of Burch Bear Holistic Care for a hands on introduction to lymphatic drainage, followed by a full recovery experience at Optimyze North Phoenix.

Arrive at 4:30 PM to check in and get settled. If this is your first time at Optimyze, please complete your waiver before arriving or when you check in.

We’ll begin with a 45 to 60 minute Lymphatic Drainage 101 class that combines simple education with guided movement. You’ll learn practical techniques to help support lymphatic flow and drainage that you can continue using on your own.

After the class, we’ll put what you learned into practice with access to Optimyze therapies and recovery tools. We’ll help guide you through a recovery circuit that may include:

• PEMF
• Red light therapy
• Compression
• Infrared sauna
• Cold plunge
• Hot water therapy
• Vibration plates and lymphatic movement tools

The idea is simple. First we get the body moving and primed, then use recovery therapies to support circulation, recovery, relaxation and lymphatic flow.
