The LA Mad Drops are coming to San Diego for MLP weekend, and we're throwing the official kickoff party! 🎉


Hosted by the San Diego Pickleball Collective in partnership with the LA Mad Drops, this Kickoff Party is a chance for San Diego's pickleball community to come together, welcome the Mad Drops to town and help kick off one of the biggest pickleball weekends in San Diego!&#x20;


What's Included:
⭐️ 3 hours of leveled pickleball on 12 courts&#x20;
⭐️ Mad Drops t-shirt for every attendee
⭐️ Meet-and-greet with the Mad Drops roster: Ben Johns, Catherine Parenteau, Max Freeman,  Jade Kawamoto, Gabe Joseph, and Samantha Parker&#x20;
⭐️ Hear from Mad Drops ownership&#x20;
⭐️ DJ to keep the energy high
⭐️ Tacos & drinks from Once Upon a Coconut&#x20;
⭐️ A court side ticket to a Mad Drops match (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), in the Mad Drops Fan section: The Drop Zone. Limited tickets per day.



Your courtside ticket comes with reserved seating in the Mad Drops fan section. By selecting a day at registration, you're committing to be there to cheer with us at the Mad Drops game time. Strongly encouraged to wear your Mad Drops shirt or blue/green and bring the energy for the team!

Whether you're here to meet the pros, play some pickleball, or be part of the kickoff to one of the biggest weekends in San Diego pickleball, we can't wait to see you on the courts!

Waiver Release Form

Barnes Tennis Center, owned and operated by Youth Tennis San Diego (a California non-profit), and San Diego Pickleball Collective (SDPC), provide programs (“Activities”) including but not limited to pickleball, tennis, fitness, yoga, and other exercises.

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any Activity, I, for myself and on behalf of my representatives, heirs, and assigns:

Acknowledge that I understand the nature of the Activity and I am in good health and proper condition to participate. If I believe conditions are unsafe, I will stop participation.

Understand fully that:

Athletic activities involve risks of serious injury, including disability or death.

These risks may be caused by my actions or those of others, the facility, or negligence.

There may be unknown risks and losses, which I fully assume.

Release and discharge Barnes Tennis Center, Youth Tennis San Diego, San Diego Pickleball Collective, and all affiliated persons and parties (officers, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, advertisers, etc.) from all liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation, including negligence.

Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any litigation, costs, attorney fees, or damages resulting from any claim made by me or on my behalf despite this waiver.

Grant permission to Barnes Tennis Center and San Diego Pickleball Collective to authorize emergency medical treatment (including anesthesia and hospitalization) if needed. I understand efforts will be made to contact me and that I am financially responsible for any treatment provided.

San Diego Pickleball Collective may capture photographs and video footage during this event. By entering the premises, you grant SDPC the right to use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes across all platforms. If you wish to opt out, please inform Meagan Allers at check-in.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I AM SIGNING IT FREELY, WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE RIGHTS I AM WAIVING.
