By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that attending and participating in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, property damage, or loss. Activities may include movement, wellness experiences, spa-inspired or body-based treatments, and the consumption of food and/or alcoholic beverages. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Beauty Boost San Antonio, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, sponsors, vendors, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my attendance or participation, including those resulting from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety during the event. I confirm that I am physically able to participate in movement or wellness activities and will refrain from any activity that I feel may cause harm. I acknowledge that spa-based services are not medical treatments and are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only.

I agree to drink alcohol responsibly (if applicable) and understand that I am responsible for my own actions and behavior.

I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the event and understand that I am responsible for any related costs.

I grant The Beauty Boost San Antonio permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my likeness during the event and to use such media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

I understand this is a legally binding waiver and that by agreeing, I am waiving certain legal rights. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
