About the Experience

Start your Saturday morning with a 50-minute mat Pilates flow designed to improve posture, alignment, and body awareness through mindful, intentional movement.

This full-body session will strengthen the muscles that support better posture, increase mobility, and help you build a deeper connection to the way your body moves. Expect a class that will challenge your mind, muscles, and courage as you move with greater control, confidence, and awareness.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or have an established practice, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and ready to take on the rest of your weekend.

After class, stay awhile to connect with the community and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at Innerhouse Wellness Studios.

Parking is available on-site. If the lot is full, complimentary street parking is available just one block over on Spicewood Ln. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can park, get settled, and we’ll begin class right at 8:00 AM.
