Self-compassion isn't something we think our way into—it's something we practice.

In this immersive workshop, we'll use meditation, intuitive painting, embodiment, and reflection to explore what it feels like to relate to ourselves with greater kindness, curiosity, and acceptance.

Inspired by the Intentional Creativity process, this experience invites you to paint without pressure, performance, or the need to "get it right." Through a series of guided prompts, you'll learn to quiet the inner critic, trust your intuition, and create from a place of presence rather than perfection.

Throughout the afternoon you'll be invited to slow down, reconnect with your senses, and discover that creativity can become a powerful practice of self-awareness and self-compassion.

This workshop is open to everyone.

No artistic experience is necessary.

The goal isn't to create a masterpiece.

The goal is to leave feeling more connected to yourself.
